Sometimes we simply feel that <strong>something has changed<\/strong> \u2013 but we cannot yet put it into words.<\/p>\n<p>These are some of the areas I work with:<\/p>\n<h2>Inner States &amp; Personal Transformation<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>loyalty conflicts and conflicting inner loyalties,<\/li>\n<li>emotional instability and intense mood fluctuations,<\/li>\n<li>anxiety, fears and a tendency to expect the worst,<\/li>\n<li>insomnia or excessive sleepiness,<\/li>\n<li>emotional numbness and a sense of disconnection,<\/li>\n<li>dissociation and withdrawal from social life,<\/li>\n<li>a feeling of losing control,<\/li>\n<li>decreased libido,<\/li>\n<li>difficulty finding your place in your own reality,<\/li>\n<li>a sense of losing your identity,<\/li>\n<li>blurred boundaries between waking life and dreams,<\/li>\n<li>recurring dreams that seem difficult to understand,<\/li>\n<li>a crisis of faith or a profound questioning of your beliefs,<\/li>\n<li>a sense of not belonging,<\/li>\n<li>xenophobia and fear of what feels unfamiliar or foreign.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Body, Health &amp; Self-Acceptance<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>feeling disconnected from your body,<\/li>\n<li>recurring health issues,<\/li>\n<li>allergies,<\/li>\n<li>addictive patterns,<\/li>\n<li>a feeling of physical deterioration,<\/li>\n<li>autoimmune conditions,<\/li>\n<li>difficulty accepting yourself and your body,<\/li>\n<li>insecurities and body-image issues,<\/li>\n<li>persistent lack of energy,<\/li>\n<li>complicated relationships with food and eating.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Relationships &amp; Emotional Bonds<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>twin flame dynamics<\/strong> \u2013 recognition, the runner\u2013chaser dynamic, the mirror effect and prolonged periods of separation,<\/li>\n<li><strong>karmic relationships<\/strong> \u2013 with parents or primary caregivers, children, partners and others,<\/li>\n<li>toxic attachment and unhealthy emotional bonds,<\/li>\n<li>difficulty leaving a relationship or letting someone go,<\/li>\n<li>relationships involving narcissistic patterns,<\/li>\n<li>unresolved or interrupted grieving processes,<\/li>\n<li>pregnancy loss or termination and the emotions surrounding it,<\/li>\n<li>loneliness and a sense of emotional isolation,<\/li>\n<li>longing for a past relationship or former love,<\/li>\n<li>pain following betrayal,<\/li>\n<li>jealousy and insecurity,<\/li>\n<li>intergenerational and inherited patterns of trauma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Work, Money &amp;
