Technical Requirements &amp; Account Registration<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>To browse the Online Store and place orders, the Customer requires an internet-connected device with a standard web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari) with JavaScript enabled, an active email account, and cookies enabled.<\/li>\n<li>For Digital Content, the Customer additionally requires software capable of opening standard file formats (e.g., PDF readers for e-books, MP3\/MP4 media players for meditations and webinars).<\/li>\n<li>Registering an Account is entirely voluntary and free of charge. The Customer can delete their Account at any time by sending a request via email to <a href=\"mailto:info@justynahrynkiewicz.com\">info@justynahrynkiewicz.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"4\">\u00a7 4. Product Orders and Formation of Contract<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>To place an order, the Customer must select Products, Digital Content, or Services, add them to the virtual cart, fill in the Order Form with the required delivery\/billing details, and click the confirmation button (e.g., &#8220;Place Order and Pay&#8221;).<\/li>\n<li>The display of items on the Online Store constitutes an <em>invitation to treat<\/em>. A binding contract is only formed when the Seller sends a formal <strong>Order Confirmation and Acceptance email<\/strong> to the Customer.<\/li>\n<li>All prices listed on the Online Store are gross prices in the designated currency (GBP or PLN). Prices exclude delivery costs for physical goods, which are explicitly presented before the Customer completes the order. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the order.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivery of Physical Products:<\/strong> Goods will be dispatched within <strong>10 working days<\/strong> from the date the payment is credited to the Seller&#8217;s account.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivery of Digital Content:<\/strong> E-books, webinar recordings, and meditations will be delivered instantly via a download link sent to the Customer&#8217;s registered email address or made available in their Account panel immediately after successful payment verification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"6\">\u00a7 6. Specific Terms for Online Sessions &amp; Digital Content<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Cancellation of Online Sessions:<\/strong> The Customer may cancel or reschedule a booked online session (Quantum Healing, Neurocoaching, Dog Communication) without any penalty up to <strong>24 hours before the scheduled appointment<\/strong>. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, except at the Seller&#8217;s sole discretion under exceptional circumstances.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Usage of Digital Content:<\/strong> Purchased e-books, webinars, and meditations are for the Customer&#8217;s personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, sharing, distributing, or reselling this content without the Seller&#8217;s express written permission is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spiritual and Energy Work Advice:<\/strong> The services and digital materials provided by the Seller (including quantum sessions, coaching, meditations, and energy crystals) are intended for personal development and spiritual exploration. They do not constitute certified medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"7\">\u00a7 7. Consumer Statutory Cancellation Rights (Right to Cancel &amp; Refunds)<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>In accordance with the <strong>Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013<\/strong>, Consumers generally have the right to cancel a distance contract within <strong>14 days<\/strong> without giving any reason.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exemptions from the Right to Cancel (Important \u2013 No Returns\/Refunds):<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Digital Content (E-books, Webinars, Meditations):<\/strong> By purchasing Digital Content and requesting immediate access (presents via a download link or email), <strong>the Consumer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that they lose their 14-day statutory right to cancel and request a refund once the download or streaming process has begun.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom-made \/ Personalized Goods:<\/strong> The 14-day statutory right to cancel does <strong>not apply<\/strong> to the purchase of <em>Energy Bracelets<\/em> that are customized, tailored, or individually designed based on the Customer&#8217;s specific energy vibrations or preferences.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Services fully performed:<\/strong> If a coaching or quantum session is fully performed within the 14-day cancellation period at the Customer&#8217;s express request, the right to cancel is lost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>For eligible non-customized physical items (such as standard printed books), the 14-day cancellation period expires 14 days from the day the Consumer physically acquires the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, the Consumer must inform the Seller via email.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refunds for eligible items:<\/strong> The Seller will process the refund using the same payment method used by the Consumer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"8\">\u00a7 8. Statutory Rights and Faulty Goods (Complaints)<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>If you are a Consumer, the Seller is under a legal duty to supply physical products and digital content that conform with this contract. If a digital download is corrupt or faulty, the Customer is entitled to a repair or a replacement. If it cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, the Customer may be entitled to a price reduction or a full refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>If a physical item is faulty or misdescribed, the Consumer is entitled to a full refund within <strong>30 days<\/strong> of delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Complaints regarding Products, Services, or Digital Content must be sent to <a href=\"mailto:info@justynahrynkiewicz.com\"><strong>info@justynahrynkiewicz.com<\/strong><\/a>.
