Areas I Work With

I work with people who are going through periods of profound inner change, relationship challenges, physical and emotional shifts, or moments when their familiar reality no longer seems to make sense.

Sometimes we know exactly what is happening. Sometimes we simply feel that something has changed – but we cannot yet put it into words.

These are some of the areas I work with:

Inner States & Personal Transformation

  • loyalty conflicts and conflicting inner loyalties,
  • emotional instability and intense mood fluctuations,
  • anxiety, fears and a tendency to expect the worst,
  • insomnia or excessive sleepiness,
  • emotional numbness and a sense of disconnection,
  • dissociation and withdrawal from social life,
  • a feeling of losing control,
  • decreased libido,
  • difficulty finding your place in your own reality,
  • a sense of losing your identity,
  • blurred boundaries between waking life and dreams,
  • recurring dreams that seem difficult to understand,
  • a crisis of faith or a profound questioning of your beliefs,
  • a sense of not belonging,
  • xenophobia and fear of what feels unfamiliar or foreign.

Body, Health & Self-Acceptance

  • feeling disconnected from your body,
  • recurring health issues,
  • allergies,
  • addictive patterns,
  • a feeling of physical deterioration,
  • autoimmune conditions,
  • difficulty accepting yourself and your body,
  • insecurities and body-image issues,
  • persistent lack of energy,
  • complicated relationships with food and eating.

Relationships & Emotional Bonds

  • twin flame dynamics – recognition, the runner–chaser dynamic, the mirror effect and prolonged periods of separation,
  • karmic relationships – with parents or primary caregivers, children, partners and others,
  • toxic attachment and unhealthy emotional bonds,
  • difficulty leaving a relationship or letting someone go,
  • relationships involving narcissistic patterns,
  • unresolved or interrupted grieving processes,
  • pregnancy loss or termination and the emotions surrounding it,
  • loneliness and a sense of emotional isolation,
  • longing for a past relationship or former love,
  • pain following betrayal,
  • jealousy and insecurity,
  • intergenerational and inherited patterns of trauma.

Work, Money & Life Direction

  • beliefs and emotional patterns surrounding money and work,
  • feeling lost or lacking a sense of purpose,
  • not knowing what direction to take in life,
  • difficulty recognising and fully using your own potential,
  • feeling stuck professionally or struggling to move towards a promotion,
  • difficult relationships with managers, colleagues or business partners,
  • stagnation or regression in your own business,
  • fear of failure,
  • uncertainty about how to turn your talents or hobbies into a source of income,
  • financial instability or the experience of bankruptcy,
  • inherited patterns of scarcity and poverty,
  • and many other situations in which you may feel stuck, lost or unable to move forward.

And beyond the labels…

This list is not exhaustive.

You do not have to fit neatly into a category to reach out.

Sometimes the most important question is not “What is wrong with me?” but:

“What is happening to me – and what is trying to change?”
